Well today, I had a lot of homework I had to do, however, I didn't get any of this done. I made a list of bills and such last night, looked at it, and I decided, I need to work for my mom. I earned $10 today by setting her blog up for her, and helping her with some other things. I will continue to work for her throughout the month, and at the end of each month, I will add up all the money I made, and deduct it from payments I make to her every month (car payments, insurance, and cell phone). Good thinking for me. Because she agreed it will work nicely :). As for my homework, My mom said to wait until about 10pm for Zack to be off the livingroom computer so I could do my homework, seeing that I have to print and that's the only computer with a printer. Around 11:30ish he was off the computer. About 1am, I am working on my homework, then I get to a part in my book where I actually do something on the computer (it's for my online course). Well, come to find out, we have Microsoft Office 2000 in the livingroom, not 2003. So I have no way of doing my homework at my house now, unless we get the network set up so I can send documents to the printer from my computer, because you print as you go in this class. Or until we get Microsoft 2003 out there. My bet on which will happen faster, if it will work at all, the network.
So around 1:15 now, I am wide awake, because I went to bed at 9 and woke up at 11:30 to do homework. I try to figure out what to do, and it came to me. I am never productive when working on homework in my bedroom because my computer desk is a catastrophe. Papers EVERYWHERE. SO, what do I do? I decide to clean it off. I threw away over half of what was on the computer desk, cleaned it with Orange Cleaner (a cleaner for wood from Art Van), move my monitor to a better area, organize my papers that I kept, and then set my school books neatly on one side, my business cards and magnets on the right side, along with notecards, all purpose labels, and a notepad to write on, because I tend to write a lot. I also have my Spence Brothers mug, that I recieved free at a Business Expo, and that is to the right hand side with pens, pencils, highlighters, and a Sharpie. This took me a long time to do, (if you would have seen it before it was cleaned you would understand).
Now for my next goals...
1.) Clean out the sterilite Drawer cart to the right of my desk and organize it with my business materials, such as the catalogs, and order forms, etc.
2.) To organize the pile of clothes and other random things to the left of the computer desk.
3.) Clean off the vanity mirror.
4.) Organize the roll top desk.
5.) Organize the black 4 compartment shelf
And that's all for now.. So much to do, so little time.
